Rodnye Korma ready-to-eat cat food is produced by the Naro-Fominsk Canning Plant (NFKZ). The company produces dry kibble, as well as premium, super premium, and holistic canned food. How Rodnye Korma is made

Our team of experienced engineers, veterinarians, and nutritionists develops recipes and organizes production processes, using state-of-the-art equipment. Only natural, environmentally friendly ingredients are used in our food production.

Croquettes are made using an extrusion method. Carefully measured quantities of dry ingredients are mixed with water, and the resulting mushy mass is fed into an extruder, which heats it and forces it through fine holes. Using knives located at the outlet, the baked "sausages" are cut into small pieces and fed into dryers. After removing residual moisture, the resulting granules have a moisture content of approximately 10%.

Canned food is a type of prepared food containing small pieces of meat. It's sterilized, placed in metal cans, and topped with broth or jelly. In addition to pure meat, canned food is also available, which may contain pieces of vegetables in addition to beef or chicken.

General characteristics

Rodnye Korma is highly digestible and suitable for cats of all ages. The composition of ingredients varies depending on the grade and the target diet. The main ingredient is natural meat, with small amounts of grains and/or vegetables used as additives. This brand's prepared food does not contain GMOs, colorings, or flavorings, and all raw materials are tested according to international HUMAN GRADE standards.

Among the shortcomings of "Rodnye Kormy," experts note the presence of a component called "gelling agents." This ingredient is present in virtually all domestic brands of prepared pet food as a filler or thickener, although foreign manufacturers rarely use it. Gelling agents can be natural (agar-agar, gelatin, pectin, starch) or synthetic (methylcellulose, amylopectin). Unfortunately, their names are not listed on the labels.
