History of creation
Samsung always takes customer feedback into account when developing new technologies. This time was no exception. The company surveyed thousands of dog owners worldwide to learn their preferences when choosing products for their pets. The survey yielded a surprising result: one in three respondents dreamed of buying their pet some kind of interesting gadget. This is how the unique dog house project, Dream Doghouse by SAMSUNG, was born.
Booth interiors
This unusual doghouse is shaped like a graceful oval, lending it a refined charm. Inside, there are luxurious apartments consisting of a "dining room" and a "rest room." The "dining room" houses an electronic food dispenser, which the dog can easily use when hungry. The doghouse does have a small drawback: it lacks a water bowl. The walls of the "dining room" are decorated with charming photographs of purebred dogs and painted with patterns in the shape of delicious bones. A small tablet hangs in the "rest room." The designers hope dogs will use it to watch interesting films about their fellow dogs.
Additional features
The designers of the super kennel took into account every detail that could impact a dog's well-being. That's why they included an artificial lawn, a treadmill, and even a hot tub. The lawn allows your dog to walk and frolic. The treadmill ensures your dog always stays in top shape. And after a workout, your pet can relax in the tub.
Scientific studies have proven the health benefits of hydromassage for dogs. It is used to treat certain skin conditions or simply for prevention.
World premiere of the new product
Samsung first presented his invention to the general public at the 2015 Crufts International All-Breed Dog Show, which he sponsored. Man's faithful companions and their owners were amazed by the beauty and functionality of the new device. The dogs explored the unusual kennel with undisguised curiosity. They especially liked the electronic feeder.
The know-how isn't currently for sale, and its estimated price is thirty thousand euros. However, the situation could change dramatically soon. Samsung promises to launch its brainchild if there's demand from dog lovers. The price of the gadget will also drop. Then, the kennel will make a great New Year's gift for your dog.
