Release forms
A key advantage of the drug is that it is available in three different dosage forms. This allows dog owners to choose the most convenient form based on their pet's condition, treatment duration, weight, and other factors.

Injection solution
The transparent solution is packaged in glass vials. Dark glass is used for 100 ml vials, while clear glass is used for smaller 10 ml containers. Regardless of the packaging volume, the vials are sealed with rubber stoppers to prevent foreign substances from entering the solution during storage and transportation. In addition to the active ingredients, the injection solution also contains purified water and sodium chloride. These substances serve as auxiliary substances.

Pills
The small, white, round tablets always have a score line, which significantly simplifies measuring the dose for small animals. Since the tablets are typically used for long-term treatment, they are packaged in 50-tablet units in lidded polymer jars. Blisters of 10 tablets are also available, but are more difficult to find in pharmacies. The excipients in the tablets include calcium stearate and granulated sugar.

Drops for oral use
Liarsin drops have a composition virtually identical to the injection solution. The difference is that the excipients are water and glycerin. The drops are packaged in polymer bottles equipped with a dropper. The required amount of medication can be measured without the use of additional equipment, such as a separate dropper. The drops are a clear solution with no distinct odor or taste.
Price
The price of Liarsin for dogs depends on several factors, namely the dosage form and packaging volume:
- injection solution 10 ml – 270-290 rubles;
- solution 100 ml – 950-1000 rub.;
- tablets 50 pcs. – 190-235 rub.;
- drops 20 ml – 240-260 rub.
Prices may vary slightly in different pharmacies and regions.
Composition and pharmacological properties
Regardless of the dosage form, Liarsin contains three active components:
- Club moss spores. They promote liver recovery in cases of poisoning and degenerative processes, stimulating the functioning of this organ. They also remove toxins from the body, the presence of which often causes dermatological diseases and allergic skin reactions.
- Phosphorus. Can improve metabolism. It has a positive effect on the digestive system and also strengthens the immune system. By normalizing phosphorus-calcium metabolism, this component strengthens bones and joints.
- White arsenic. In large quantities, this substance is a powerful poison, but in small amounts, it can heal, which is why it is included in many homeopathic remedies. It has a pronounced antibacterial effect, helping to combat intestinal infections. It improves the absorption of other medicinal components and increases the pet's endurance.

The plant components have a complex effect on the animal's body. Liarsin has the following pharmacological properties:
- restores the liver and normalizes its function;
- improves the functioning of the entire digestive system;
- helps relieve constipation, bloating, colic and other symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders;
- improves the absorption of nutrients from food consumed;
- improves immunity;
- has an antibacterial effect;
- promotes restoration of the gastric mucosa in case of ulcers or gastritis;
- suppresses inflammatory processes;
- removes toxins from the body.
Overall, the medication has a positive effect on the kidneys, heart, circulatory system, and musculoskeletal system. After a course of treatment, the skin becomes healthy and the coat thick and shiny. This is achieved primarily by normalizing metabolic processes. The body receives the necessary amount of nutrients, and the ratio of lipids, proteins, and minerals is within normal limits.
Indications for use
According to the instructions for use in veterinary medicine, Liarsin is prescribed to dogs in the following situations:
- in case of metabolic disorders of any origin;
- at gastritis And gastroenteritis;
- for colic;

- for constipation and other problems with the digestive system;
- at cirrhosis, hepatitis and other liver pathologies;

The drug can also be used in complex therapy for kidney diseases, viral infections, atopic dermatitis, skin pathologies, blood diseases, etc. The medication can be used for preventive purposes – to prevent constipation, colic, diarrhea, and other problems with the digestive system.
How to apply
Dosage and administration method depend on the dosage form. Injectable solutions are administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously. To accurately calculate the dose, use 0.1 ml of the medicinal solution per kilogram of body weight. It is not recommended to administer more than 4 ml at a time. If the drug is used for acute conditions, the injection is administered 3-4 times daily until clinical signs disappear. For prophylaxis, 4-6 injections are administered at intervals of 1-2 days. The duration of administration and frequency of injections are usually determined by the doctor on an individual basis, depending on the animal's condition, existing symptoms, and other factors.
Liarsin tablets are given to dogs in the following quantities:
- for puppies and small breed pets – 1 piece;
- for medium-sized animals and large breed puppies – 2 pcs.;
- for large breed dogs – 3 pcs.
If the condition is acute, tablets may be administered 4-6 times daily until the condition improves. For chronic conditions, tablets are administered 2-3 times daily until a positive effect is observed. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
Please note! Taking the tablets for more than 1 month is not recommended.
Liarsin drops are administered orally to dogs at a dose of 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. For acute cases, the medication is administered up to 6 times per day, while for chronic conditions, the dose is 2-3 times per day. The duration of treatment, as with tablets, is determined individually by the veterinarian. To relieve symptoms in acute cases, drops are administered every 15 minutes for 2 hours.

The medicine can be used in combination with other drugs whose action is aimed at eliminating the cause of the pathology or symptoms.
Contraindications and side effects
Liarsin does not cause side effects and is always well tolerated by animals. This homeopathic remedy can be used on all dogs, regardless of weight, breed, or age. The drug is contraindicated only for animals with an individual intolerance to any of the ingredients. In such cases, the pet may develop an allergic reaction. Therefore, it is important to monitor the dog's reaction to the medication during initial use. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue further use, and treat the animal symptomatically.
Owner reviews
Angelina, the Doberman's owner:
"Our dog was severely poisoned after finding something on the street. Severe vomiting with mucus, a complete refusal to eat, and apathy forced us to consult a veterinarian. He prescribed Liarsin and Hepatoject. On the second day of injections, the dog began eating canned dog food, and four days later, he was back to his normal routine. An excellent herbal remedy."
Zina, owner of a 12-year-old pit bull:
"Our dog got into a fight with another dog, resulting in a torn paw. The wound took a long time to heal and began to fester. The doctor prescribed Liarsin and Traumeel. Within just a couple of days, the dog was able to stand on his paw again, and soon it was completely healed. I noticed that after the treatment, Bars's appetite improved, and his bowel movements returned to normal (he had previously had some minor issues). There were no allergic reactions or other side effects."
