Add more fermented milk products and vitamin D (fish oil) to the same portion of fermented milk (otherwise, the calcium won't be absorbed). Some people use it for 10 days, then a 5-day break, and then another 10 days of vitamins. Others use it continuously for 2-3 weeks, followed by a few months of "rest."
